Danyal Hayat

National Coordinator FTP

Danyal Hayat is the National Coordinator of Future Team Pakistan. Currently he's working as the Deputy Director at Career Development Centre, CECOS University. His portfolio includes working with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ministry of Youth Affairs, Culture, Tourism and Archeology as an honorary member of the Youth Development Commission (YDC). Danyal is also serving the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ministry of Science and Technology as an Advisor for the Council of Young Science Leaders (CYSL). Danyal champions Open Education and Open Government under the framework of Open Government Partnership (OGP) and has the honor to be a part of Open Government Partnership Youth Collective (OGPYC). Danyal is also the founder of startup 'SweatCure' that treats the nervous system disorder of uncontrolled and excessive sweating condition called 'Hyperhidrosis' from which 4% of the population of the world currently suffers. In addition to that, Danyal is a Global Shaper at World Economic Forum, Duke of Edinburgh award holder, Advisory Committee Member for OpenAccessWeek and is alumnus of Asia Europe Foundation (ASEF), Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations and UNESCO's Global Citizenship Education (GCED).

Hamzah Hamid Khattak

President FTP

Hamzah Hamid Khattak, a passionate young social entrepreneur with an esteemed goal to inspire the youth through participating in philanthropy and charity work. Hamzah is the first president of Future Team Pakistan and also the founder of Sun Meri Awaz, a charity based organization where he along with a team of volunteers has been doing some great charity work during the last three years. He is an active team member of MANTECH & ARC, official partner organization of International Trade Centre, Geneva, Switzerland in Pakistan.
Mr. Khattak was awarded UN Brand Ambassador for Volunteerism in September 2017 for his active leadership and volunteer work towards the uplift of the marginalized. He further represented Pakistan at World Festival of Youth & Students (WFYS) in October 2017 and International Volunteer Forum 2018 (IVF) in Moscow, Russia and is an integral part of Future Team Pakistan since its inception in 2017.

Aqib Javed Khan

Vice President FTP

Aqib Javed Khan is a social activist, striving to provide quality education to underprivileged children in Pakistan. Under his social initiative named Educating Child Labourers Organization - ECLO, more than 400 children have been brought to schools so far.
Under ECLO's Self Sustainability Model, Small Clothing & Footwear Industries are established where widows and needy people including transgenders are employeed to generate profit for ECLO.
Mr. Aqib is also working in Tourism Sector in Pakistan as CEO of Tranquil Hotels & Tourism, having Hotels in Naran, Balakot & Baisar.
He has delivered motivational sessions to different national & international platforms. He was Guest Speaker at International Volunteer Forum (IVF) Moscow - Russia in 2018 and also delivered TED Talks at various platforms. He also led Pakistani Delegation at UNESCO & SCO International Spring Festival, Stavropol - Russia in 2019.

Waleed Khurshid

It has always been a great experience for me to network with people from all phases and I continue to do so, at every step of my life. Since childhood I have been experimenting on my life to become the future of tomorrow. Using my enterprising nature and my entrepreneur skills, I have founded a charity based and have a self-sustaining Social Enterprise (NGO) working in the Education & Health sector in different cities of Pakistan by the name of Bringing Smiles. I am a scholar of BS (Accounting & Finance) from a well-reputed university of Pakistan and I am a finalist of ACCA-UK, the reason being I am officiating as the Chief Financial officer at Bringing Smiles (NGO). At this time of frame, I am also working with the Higher Education Commission(HEC) of Pakistan in the Business Council division as an Advisor to Chairman/Director. I have always been participating in different social and benevolent activities, in order to help the less fortunate people and for bringing a positive difference in their lives. At this stage of my life, I believe that the experiences I have gained from are extremely significant, in terms of working for the Future Team Pakistan and Professionals.

Ali Raza Khan

Ali Raza Khan is an Educationalist, Broadcaster and Traveler but he is known as a Youth Activist. He has chosen Business Management as his profession and done Bachelors in Business Administration from Karachi University and Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Business Administration (IBA). He has won more than a hundred prize during his debating career and declared as the debater of the Year '99 as well as best debater of the St. Patrick's College. He is associated as Chairman DAC ""Youth Parliament"", Chairman of ""The Affectionates of Pakistan (TAP)"", General Secretary, “Pakistan Peace Club”, Youth Coordinator ""Pak-Russia Friendship Society"", Advisor ""Pakistan Academic Consortium"" & “Future Team Pakistan”.
He has also represented Pakistan in Ill International Educational Forum ""Altai-Asia 2016: Eurasian Educational Space — New Challenges and Best Practices"" 22-23 September 2016 at ASU, Altai, Russia, International Youth Leadership Conference 19 -24 Nov. 2016 in Dubai, 3rd International Conference on Education 2017 (ICEDU 2017) as International Delegate 20th, 21st and 22nd April 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and 19th World Festival of Youth and Students, Sochi, 12-22 October, 2017. He also wrote feature writings in leading newspapers and broadcasted shows from Pakistan Broadcasting corporation (Radio Pakistan and FM 93) and FM 107. He also appeared in different TV shows. Asad Aman

Monitoring and evaluation of multi-donors development projects of national and international donors.

Nimra Qazi

Nimra Qazi Is a professional practitioner, urban designer, entrepreneur, design thinker, a global shaper and a travel junkie who is driven by the functional, spatial and technological advancement of our built environment for sustainable living.
Nimra received her BArch in Design from NCA Lahore in 2006 and MArch in Urban Design from the University of Nottingham UK in 2009. Upon her return to Pakistan, Qazi established her professional practice named “Timeline Designs” in 2011.
Qazi is the first local female architect from Baluchistan region whose company is registered under the highest category “NO LIMIT” by Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) as well as a private limited Company through the SECP. She is the Honorary Secretary General 2017-18 for the IAP-RIC (Institute of Architects Pakistan-Rawalpindi Islamabad chapter) and member of various professional bodies such as Institute of Architect Pakistan (IAP), Architects Regional Community Asia (ARCASIA), Green Building Council Pakistan (GBCP), CDA license holder, member for the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Islamabad Women chamber of Commerce and Industry (IWCCI). She is also involved in the academia and acts as an external juror and advisor for design schools in Islamabad such as COMSATS, SADA-NUST and NCA.
Nimra has also been involved and part of numerous professional training programs and workshops from prestigious organizations and institutes such as “National Security Workshop” at the National Defense University Islamabad (NDU), “ Certificate program for women Entrepreneur”, “Leadership and Team building program” at the REDC-LUMS, “Business growth and Development program” through Ernst and Young etc. Currently under the “Prime Minister Youth Program” (PMYP), she is also the Review Committee Member for Future Team Pakistan. Similarly she is engaged in various national as well as international series of projects and initiatives that are being carried out for community outreach and engagement as part of the Global Shapers Community for World Economic Forum (WEF).

Sana Saeed

Sana Saeed is a Visual Communication Designer associated with the development sector of Pakistan with an extensive experience of a decade. Ms. Saeed is also an educationalist, visiting faculty member at a renowned University of Pakistan also supervised final year Post-grad thesis students. Represented Pakistan professionally on various International forums. Associated with Future Team Pakistan since its inception in 2017 and part of FTP Advisory Board since last two years. Ms. Saeed is an active philanthropist, a volunteer and also Director - Sun Meri Awaz, a charity based organization. Indulge herself in painting, poetry, travelling and being in nature.

Sohaib Tanveer

Sohaib Tanveer is the Vice President of CECOS University. He is also the Director of The Edex School which is an initiative of CECOS University focusing on technology and personality development which is an essential combination for our future leaders. Being on the Advisory Board of National Incubation Centre, Peshawar he is actively involved in contributing in building a startup ecosystem and supporting new startups. He is a part of KP’s Young Business Leader Forum working with Minister of Finance KP. He was also a member of Pakistani Delegation in WFYS2017 and IVF2018.
For the last thirteen years, he has been working for the advancement of CECOS University where he played a prime role in development of Architecture Department, Mechanical Engineering Department and Institute of Integrative Biosciences at the university.
Sohaib has a BS in Electrical Engineering from CECOS University Peshawar and MS in Digital Signal Processing with distinction from King’s College London. His professional certifications include MCP, CCNA and CCAI-CCNA. His other interests are graphic designing, outdoor sports and travelling.

Absa Komal

Aleena Khan

Aleena is a Doctor, a youth activist, a certified advanced trainer by International Federation of Medical Students Association, member of the Future Team Pakistan, and a Public Health enthusiast. Her aim in life is to always help people around in whatever capacity she can, and hence actively been involved in volunteering for various organisations like SIUT, the Indus Hospital and the Orange Tree Foundation. Her most recent volunteer experience was at Karachi’s Field Isolation Centre for COVID, where she was involved in setting up and running the Isolation as well as the High Dependency Unit. Has extensive experience working with Youth Impact as a Youth Consultant. Professionally, pursuing a Masters in Public Health in the health promotion stream so as to gain the expertise to work towards her vision of improving healthcare through education.

Ali Shan Khan

Ali Shan Khan hails from Bannu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and has done graduation in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Serving the society has been his family legacy, therefore following the footsteps of his elders, becoming a civil servant has been an ambition for his life. He has qualified written PMS KP 2018. In addition to these, his volunteer profile doesn't lacks any stone unturned. As a Member of the Youth Parliament Pakistan, he served as Youth Shadow Foreign Minister, who outperformed all his peers in areas of legislative business and policy making. Moreover, owing to his strong leadership skills, he has represented Pakistan on International forums i.e YPP Study Visit in the British Parliament in London, UK and Danish Parliament in Copenhagen, Denmark which held in 2015. In October, 2017, he was a part of the Pakistani official delegation which participated in the XIX World Festival of Youth and Students, Sochi. He has also worked with Special Olympics Pakistan catering the health, sports and the social uplift of the differently-abled persons. As a member of the Future Team, Pakistan, he aspires to work for the betterment of the society.

Ans Khurram

Ans is an insights professional currently working as an Expert, Consumer Insights in the telecom industry of Pakistan. His work focuses on motivators to digital adoption and he is passionate about deriving human behavior from statistics to build data-driven policies and strategies. Ans is also an advocate for data fluency and inclusive technology: he writes on these topics for leading newspapers and magazines and has given a TED talk on these topics as well. Additionally, he conducts trainings for startups, young professionals, & students to polish their skillset to leverage the fourth industrial revolution.

Anum Farooq

Ayesha Siddiq

Hailing from a small town in north western KP and being raised in Peshawar, Aisha is a striking contrast growth with association to her roots simultaneously. She belongs to the town of Swabi. Her early education till matriculation was at University Model School, where she remained a star, both in academics and co-academics.

Baela Minhas

I am an enthusiast who wants to bring educational reform through training the teachers contemporary approaches towards kids. I play with words through my poetry and comment on the political hierarchies.

Hammad Baig

Hammad Baig is a project management professional with over 6 years of experience focused in project implementation and Monitoring & Evaluation. He is profoundly acquainted with project designing, planning, implementing, database management, monitoring and evaluation of cross-cutting development projects in contexts of KP and merged districts. With Master’s degree in Project Management, he commenced his career in development sector in 2015 where he quickly climbed his way up. For the last five years, the focus of Hammad’s work has remained in the merged tribal districts of Pakistan where he has worked on infrastructure development, Education, Governance, Economic Growth; with cross cutting themes of gender, health and rule of law. With the first-hand experience of the culture and working environment of the tribal region, Hammad’s input are always well taken in the program designing of the development projects in merged districts. He was the youngest project coordinator for a multi-million portfolio and currently leads the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Merged District Portfolio at the largest non-for-profit organization in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He is a Certified Recruitment Analyst and a Certified trainer of trainers. He loves to sing and play the keyboard player in his leisure time and also loves Skeet Shooting and Basketball. He defines himself as a humanitarian by nature & musician by passion.

Muhammad Ibrahim Khan

At the age of 28, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan possesses a BA.LLB Shariah and Law degree from The International Islamic University of Pakistan, followed by an LLM in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam, being the first Pakistani recipient of the Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship. He was the advisor to the American Ambassador to Pakistan at Ambassador's Youth Council for one year. In 2014, he published a research report on the topic of Electoral Reforms in Pakistan and presented it to the Leader of the Senate. Mr. Khan aspires to represent Pakistan internationally at legal and policy forums.

Makhdoom Shahabudin

Makhdoom Shahab-ud-Din is an award-winning journalist, columnist and a social media influencer from Pakistan. He has worked as an Anchor at Hum News and Roze News in the past. He also writes English articles in Daily Times. He is a famous social media influncer and one of the pioneers of digital media journalism in Pakistan with over 1 million social media followers. He is an Erasmus Mundus Journalism Scholar currently living in Denmark. He is the founder of “Journalism For SDGs” project. It has journalists from around 20 countries working together for promotion of UN SDGs. His mission is to equip journalists with a platform to have an open dialogue, debate obstacles and explore realities about the SDGs. He is using the electronic, print, and social media platforms to raise his voice against child abuse and religious extremism and for the promotion of peace and harmony in the society.

Namra Nasyr

Namra Nasyr is a certified trainer, social activist, and digital content creator. Currently she is serving as the Creative Director at an Ed-Tech Company, Nearpeer. She also delivers Filmora9 Editors' Training with Rahnumai and Airschool. She has represented Pakistan internationally at several platforms for her work on women's health and economic empowerment, fighting GBV through a gender transformative approach, mental health awareness, child protection and development, and digital content creation. Namra's short films, addressing significant social vices, have been internationally screened and awarded. She has served the Department of Social Welfare (Govt of Punjab), Social Welfare Training Institute, Alif Laila Book Bus Society, IREX funded community development projects, and APEX.
Namra runs her own youTube channel named Roshny's ATM. In 2019 Namra founded a platform TASWEIR that engages youth in the productive use of technology and art for social wellbeing, equity, inclusion and resilience.

Nimra Javaid

Hailing from a small village of sialkot, Dr. Nimra Javaid, a graduate of Allama Iqbal Medical College, entered Medical College with an ambition of bringing about a change in the health system. The change that will encourage people to achieve their health goals by stimulating their enthusiasm. Currently, she is working as a WMO in Primary and secondary healthcare department of Punjab. Research is her passion and she is associated with different International Organizations as Young Reseacher: Sweet clinic.ev Germany, ISPAD,ESC and IOF.

Noman Ishfaq Mughal

Nuaman Ishfaq Mughal is a young journalist with over 3 years journalism experience. He was selected for the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students in Sochi, Russia. He has experienced working with several national and international non-government organizations including United Nations (UN)-Pakistan, Pakistan Youth Parliament for Water and Capital TV where his roles included but not limited to planning the visit of UN Secretary-General's Envoy on Youth to Pakistan, conducting preliminary session of Pakistan Youth Parliament for Water and doing environmental reporting. Nuaman was invited by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) office for the Asia and the Pacific region to do news coverage of the 5th Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum in Colombo, Sri Lanka and the 6th Asia Pacific Climate Change Adaptation Forum in Manila, Philippines. Moreover, he was selected among 100 young journalists by British Council for the prestigious Future News Worldwide journalism conference at the Scottish parliament in Edinburgh, Scotland. He was also selected by the United States Department of State for Study of the United States Institutes (SUSI) fellowship at University of Massachusetts in Amherst, United States.

Omer Rizwan

I’m an electrical engineer with 4 years of experience in Pakistan’s power sector. Currently I’m engaged in a game changing project that aims to automate and digitize one of the biggest electricity utility companies in Pakistan. I’m also managing a group on Facebook called “Dev For Pakistan-COVID’19 Edition”, this group aims to provide individuals from STEM related fields and other change makers a platform to come together and develop pragmatic solutions for the problems being faced due to the pandemic.

Rabia Akhtar

I am an MBA graduate in International Business and Marketing. I have been working since 8 years in management roles. Currently I am working with Pakistan's largest conglomerate - Hashoo Group. Just recently, I have also been involved in their foundation wing, and I am contributing to their social welfare.
Other than my office work, I am an active social media influencer. I believe that digital is the future, and because of my interest in marketing, having a personality that resonates with people and the audience enjoys listening to what I have to say, made me a prominent influencer in Pakistan with over 63,000 followers and counting. I have started to take this to the next level and hired my own team for professional content creation and be among the top choices for influencer marketing.
Through my work and my social media platform, I want to help many social causes, to highlight the beauty of Pakistan, to encourage tourism in our country and most of all I just want to be someone who is a true representation of Pakistan and its youth.

Rayyan Zahid is a systems thinker and a researches software languages at a startup in San Francisco. In light of the recent global risks, he is currently writing a book on the future of humanity. He is an active Climate Reality Leader, a life-long global citizen of AIESEC and a Marketing VP of GIKI Alumni Association.

Samar Khan

Samar Khan is a Pakistani adventure athlete renowned for her outdoor expeditions in Pakistan and across the globe. Samar is 1st Pakistani who have cycled on the Roof of Africa, UHURU PEAK, Kilimanjaro. Besides being an adventure athlete, Ms. Khan is a motivational speaker, mountaineer, cyclist, a woman empowerment figure and an Outdoor Endurance Instructor belongs to Lower Dir, KP. She has been promoting adventure sports from the last four years. She started adventure sports like paragliding, trekking, mountain biking and martial arts few years back because of her passion towards sports & tourism. She is a certified paraglider from Army School of Physical Training, Kakul. National record holder of riding 1000 km, at the height of 4693m to Khunjerab. Registered in Pakistan Book of Records. Founder of 'Pace for Peace', Two Girls Ride. Awarded in 'Travel2Pakistan day' by 'Pk Travels' for promoting tourism. In order to highlight the threat of Climate Change, she signed up as a Goodwill Ambassador for World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in September. In December 2017, Khan reached the summit of Africa's highest peak, and she became the first Pakistani woman to summit Africa's highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro. Samar has been selected in ‘Global Sports Mentoring Program’ by US Department of State because of her sports achievements and promotion of tourism in Pakistan. She represented Pakistan in US, while building her action plan called, ‘Samar Camp’ to launch biking events and training sessions nationwide. She got mentored by one of the biggest snowboarding company in US, Burton Snowboards.

Sarmad Shahbaz

Sarmad Shahbaz, 22, is a developmental practitioner, certified policy analyst and a journalist having over 5 years of professional experience. He has represented Pakistan on multiple international forums in USA, Russia, Turkey, Malaysia etc. Sarmad has been a part of FTP since 2019 and has successfully carried out multiple projects for youth. Currently, he is working as an Executive Director, SDGs Youth Squad for Progressive Pakistan, a youth platform working on the advocacy and implementation of UN SDGs.

Shamsa Khalil

When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. Shamsa’s great passion is to work for human rights, peace building and youth activism. Shamsa holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and is currently doing master from ASBU Turkey. She is also working as an independent researcher in areas of Foreign Policy of Russia and Turkey, South Asian Nuclear Politics and Human rights. She nurtures keen interest in designing and implementing knowledge-sharing advocacy strategies to raise awareness about peace without boundaries and sustainable development goals. She is an active volunteer as well as Social activist.

Shifa Ahmad

Shifa is a chemical engineering graduate from GIK Institute. A supply chain professional with a passion for travelling and volunteering, loves meeting new people and constantly trying out new things!

Umer Dil Khan

Umer Dil is an International development professional with Master of Business Administration(MBA) and Master of Project Management, and over 13 years of diverse experience with the UN, World Bank and different International NGO’s. Quick learner with strong analytical and numerical skills, result-oriented, effective communicator, presenter, team player and have a good sense of humor. Currently working as District Health Communication Officer with UNICEF Funded Project. He also served as Manager Programs with InterAction based in Washington DC USA, under Atlas Corps Fellowship. He worked in the areas of emergency Operations, Public Health, Program and project management, Early recovery programs, Monitoring & Evaluation, IDP’s, and Community-driven development (CDD). Umer has exposure to different countries like USA, Canada, UAE, Russia, and Turkey.

Muhammad Yameen Khan

Muhammad Yamin Khan belongs to Bannu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and has done Masters in Electrical Engineering. Serving the society has been his family legacy, therefore following the footsteps, his volunteer profile doesn't lacks any stone unturned, he has worked extensively in the crisis of IDP's on the projects of UNMGCY, UNHCR and UNOCHA. Moreover, owing to his strong technical skills, he has worked professionally at different projects of WAPDA and NTDC. In March, 2018, he was a part of the Pakistani official delegation which participated in the International Festival of Youth and Students, Moscow. He is one among 6, who were selected as an international election observer in Russian presidential election 2018. He is the pioneer in the field of medicine by inventing a treatment device of hyperhidrosis. As a member of the Future Team, Pakistan, he aspires to work for the betterment of the society.

Zain Naqvi

As a designer and storyteller, Zain Naqvi’s work is an amalgamation of investigational narratives and immediate retort to current events. A design grad of the National College of Arts Lahore with a Masters in Art Education from Beaconhouse National University, his work has previously appeared on Fast Company, Design Taxi, Pulptastic and is part of the Imago Mundi Project for Venice Biennale.
Sparrow at Heart; a graphic novel by Naqvi was published in early 2016 in collaboration with Rohtas 2/Lahore Literary Festival. One of the earliest sequential works to come from the country, the book is now part of the Asian and Middle Eastern Literature Archives at UCLA. Zain has represented Pakistan at various international forms including Startup Istanbul in Turkey in 2016, WFYS2017 in Russia and Future City Summit in China and Vietnam in 2018.
He has previously served as a design lead for various startups and companies including Cricingif, Treble, Xavor Technologies, Oxford University Press and Kickstart. He is currently visiting faculty at Beaconhouse National University and serving as the Creative Director at Skyspin Studios.
